Best Stay event organisers, Magic4Club and Positive Garden d.o.o. (“Best Stay Event organisers”, “Magic4Club”, “Positive Garden d.o.o.”, “we,” or “us”) want you to be aware of how your data and information about you is processed. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by Magic4Club when you access the Sites and Magic4Club’s event websites, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The use of data collected through our Sites is limited to the objectives under this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect.

(a) Our Service: We may collect personally identifiable information about you for the purposes of our events, such as your full name, company name, phone number, email address, or similar, when you register for an event, send an inquiry or download the event agenda or a brochure from our Sites. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys, provide feedback about our work and voluntarily exchange business cards at events. If you choose to purchase a product or service from us, we will collect your payment information. When you register, speak at, partner or sponsor an event organised by Magic4Club, we will send you e-mail communication and newsletters if you opt-in with all the information related to the event. You will have an additional option of opting-in to receive newsletters about our other events. By providing your personal data, you agree to the storing and processing of your data. (b) E-newsletter: We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-newsletters. We collect statistics regarding email opening and clicks using MailChimp’s technologies which help us control and improve the efficiency of our e-newsletter. (c) Cookies: Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. (d) Log File Information: When you access our Sites, Log File information is automatically reported by your browser. (a) Personally Identifiable Information: Magic4Club will not share your personally identifiable information with anyone outside the organisation unless it is essential for processing your request. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Magic4Club (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). You will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want the personal information that was stored on hosting providers’ servers removed. (b) Testimonials: We publish testimonials given by our clients on our Sites in addition to other endorsements. We may post your testimonial along with your name, job title and company. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at info@beststayevent.com .

In the event that personal information is compromised as a breach of security, Magic4Club will promptly notify our customers in compliance with applicable law.

Data Access, Correction, Deletion, and Opt Out.

If you are a current Magic4Club customer, you can contact us at info@beststayevent.com to review, correct, update or delete any information that we have about you. We will address your inquiry within 2 working days and handle it as required by law. We will retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide you with services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Children’s Privacy.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Magic4Club does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Our Site includes social media features, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
